Quoted up front
You see the price before you confirm, worked out from the task, distance and time.
Locked when you confirm
The price doesn’t move after you confirm. If you change the task, you get a new quote to approve.
Shown in two parts
What the Vincer earns, and Vinci’s fee. Vinci takes no commission from the Vincer’s earning.
Pay after it’s done
You pay once the task is complete, at the price you were quoted.
Pricing questions
Is there surge pricing?
No. The quoted price is the price.
Are there hidden charges?
No. If a task needs money spent on your behalf (a fee at an office, for example), that is agreed with you first and shown separately, with a receipt.
How does Vinci make money?
From the Vinci fee on each task, shown on your quote. The Vincer keeps everything they earn.
What if the task can’t be done?
Support reviews it with you. You are not charged for something that didn’t happen.
