Which languages can I use?
English, Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi and Odia. Type the way you normally text, Hinglish included. Vinci replies in your language, and your Vincer reads the task in theirs.
What exactly is Vinci?
Vinci helps you get legal, real-world tasks done. You describe the task in plain language, Vinci plans it and quotes a price, and a verified Vincer nearby carries it out: queues, errands, paperwork runs, pickups and checks.
Can I use Vinci from ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. Add Vinci as a custom connector with https://backend.letsvinci.com/mcp, sign in with your email, and ask your assistant. You see the plan and price before anything is booked. Setup steps are on the MCP for ChatGPT and Claude page.
Where does Vinci work today?
We are piloting in Rohini Sector 24, Delhi 110085. Nearby Rohini sectors open next, in order of waitlist demand. Join the waitlist and we will email you when Vinci reaches your area.
How is the price decided?
Every task is quoted before it starts, and the price is locked once you confirm. The quote shows what the Vincer earns and Vinci’s fee as separate lines. There is no surge pricing and nothing is added afterwards.
When do I pay?
After the task is done, at the price you were quoted.
Can someone stand in a queue for me?
Yes. A Vincer holds your place in launch-day queues, ticket counters and office lines, and hands over when it is your turn.
Can Vinci handle government paperwork?
Vincers handle the parts that don’t need you in person, such as document drop-offs, society NOC submissions and notary runs. Anything that needs your biometrics or your own signature still needs you.
Who are the Vincers?
Vincers are people from your neighbourhood. Each one is ID-checked before taking tasks, trained on common task types, and rated after every task.
Can Vinci buy things for me?
Yes. Vinci can book and pay for food, movie tickets, flights and tables, or have a Vincer buy something from a nearby store. It shows you the options and the full price first, and nothing is booked or bought until you confirm.
Is my data safe?
We keep only what we need to run your tasks and we do not sell your data. Vincers see your details only after they accept your task.
